After her victory he insists she rest after thinking she was about to faint, and she thanks him for watching her after finally giving in. In Puyo Puyo Tetris, he helps her initiate a battle with Raffina when she's out of breath. Amitie tends to be supportive of Sig, as shown in the novel Sig's Secret, where she worries for his well-being after he unexpectedly quits the cafe preparation. Sig gets along well with Amitie, and is often seen interacting with her more than other characters. She has implied that she knows about the reason Sig's red arm and eye are the way they are, but has never talked about it, always avoiding the question. Accord is Sig's teacher at Primp Magic School, her other students being Amitie, Raffina, Klug, and Lidelle. (The events of Chapter 9 in Puyo Puyo Tetris all took place within a dream, but it's implied that the characters would act similarly, were the events ever to truly occur.) He also has Cerulean and Lapis Lazuli in Puyo Puyo!! 20th Anniversary. His attacks include Cyan, Paraiba, Robin's Egg, Lapis lazuli, Celestial and Hydrangea, although in the English translation of Puyo Puyo Tetris, Hydrangea is replaced by Cobalt. His magic derives from Blue Magic, and as such, all his spells are based on shades of blue, and blue-colored objects or concepts. Because Sig believes that Schezo is going to take his hand, he requests some time to say goodbye to the bugs this is one of the few times Sig has shown stronger emotion. In Puyo Puyo Tetris, after Schezo corners him, Sig reveals that he keeps a family of bugs in his left arm. In particular he's often accompanied by a small ladybug that he loves dearly, to the point he shows fear if it's attacked, such as when Witch wanted to use it as a potion ingredient in Puyo Puyo!! 20th Anniversary. Starting with Puyo Puyo! 15th Anniversary he would often be accompanied by bugs and his motivations would often involve bugs. One of the things that motivates him is his love for bugs. He's also rather absent minded, often failing to catch sarcasm or treating metaphors literally. He doesn't show a lot of emotion, rarely raising his voice and treating everything in a nonchalant manner, and speaks in a somewhat monotone voice. Sig is often described as a boy that goes along life at his own pace. His shoes are now white and blue with green soles. His pants are a lighter shade of blue, with a white stripe around his knees. In Puyo Puyo!! 20th Anniversary, he wore a dark blue and white-sleeved t-shirt with a beetle on the front. In Puyo Puyo 7, his outfit is a lighter-colored version of the boys' Suzuran school uniform. He also carries a large bag on his waist, with the school's wing-shaped emblem clipped to it. Light blue ankle socks peek from his shoes. In Puyo Puyo Fever 2, he wore a white and blue high-collared jacket with what seems to be an orange brace, and dark blue pants and blue shoes. Sig has sky blue hair, with hair antennae that seem to be prehensile. His eyes are blue and red, his left eye being red. His most distinct features are his heterochromia and red left arm, which come from his demonic origins, and are said to have occurred slightly before the events of Puyo Puyo Fever 2.
